Longevity Studio – a space for a good and long life
Longevity Studio is a planned, intimate space in Izera Park, created with regeneration, exercise, education, and a conscious lifestyle in mind.
It is intended to be a natural element of the longevity philosophy present throughout the entire development - an approach that embraces quality of life today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
This is not a clinic or a traditional medical center. Rather, it is a studio for conscious self-care, where modern knowledge meets simple, natural forms of regeneration.
Diagnostics that give direction
We envision the Longevity Studio as featuring gentle, non-invasive diagnostics of key parameters for a long and healthy life. Its purpose is not treatment, but a deeper understanding of your own body.
Plans include:
- Biological age assessment
- Fitness age analysis
- Basic performance metrics, and measurements related to recovery, mobility, and overall condition.
Based on the results, you will receive personalized recommendations - simple, clear guidance on movement, recovery, and lifestyle. The focus is not on test scores, but on a long-life plan tailored to you as an individual.
Movement, education and physiotherapy
Longevity Studio is designed to offer a space for regular, safe movement, guided by experienced physiotherapists and trainers:
- health-promoting classes, stretching, mobility,
- individual and small group training sessions,
- calm forms of activity supporting long-term fitness.
This will be complemented by longevity-focused education - meetings, workshops, and bite-sized knowledge on how to take care of your energy, body, and recovery over the years.
An intimate gym
There are also plans for a small, tranquil gym, designed for
- Individual training
- Small group sessions
- For those who value quality, quiet, and expert guidance over the mass atmosphere of fitness clubs.
Independent design – no burdens
Longevity Studio is planned as a standalone, independent project that:
- does not financially burden property buyers,
- is not a mandatory element,
- will be developed based on a separate operational model.
For Izera Park, it's a part of the city's identity. For owners and investors, it's an added value, not a cost.
