November 2023: Our investment “Słowackiego 7” was recognized as the best multi-family building in Greater Poland.
The award is granted to the best architectural works carried out in the Greater Poland Voivodeship and to works carried out outside the administrative borders of the voivodeship, by Wielkopolska designers, in the year preceding the given edition of the competition.

Office building located in Warsaw with an area of over 12.000 m2 with a warehouse of 6,649 m2 and 382 parking spaces.
Thanks to proper management, the building was modernized, claims settled and easement was established. Moreover, the building was commercialized. During the management, new arrangements were made for about 80% of the office and warehouse space.
As a result, the market value of the building increased significantly and in December 2020 the building was sold.
Lazarski hospital

At present, two stages of the Nowe Ogrody estate are under development near the centre of Poznań, and a further two investments are being prepared in the same city. While in Darłowo, on the central Baltic shore, work is under way on the Nautic Park project, involving the construction of a coastal apartment building, which has stunning views of the sea and is right next to a beach.
