Dear Clients and Friends of Izera Park,
at the end of November, real winter arrived in Świeradów-Zdrój. The mountains and forests were covered by a thick layer of snow, and our development took on an exceptional, fairy-tale atmosphere. Despite the wintry aura, work on the Izera Park site is not slowing its pace!
We are currently continuing to erect the building's structure, carrying out the next stages of bricklaying and concreting. Some of the reinforced-concrete works have been completed, and the photographs show progress on the reinforcement and the installation of the load-bearing elements. A tower crane is also working on site, supporting the logistics of delivering the higher storeys.
The contracting team is operating in full mobilisation, keeping to the schedule despite the demanding winter conditions. We are pleased that the pace of work remains high and that Izera Park is showing its final shape ever more clearly.
With each successive stage, the development gains character – amid spruce forests and mountain landscapes, a place is taking shape that has been created with comfort, calm and quality of life in mind.
