Dear Clients and Friends of Izera Park!
We are pleased to report that work on the Izera Park development in Świeradów-Zdrój is progressing in line with the assumed schedule.
On the construction site you can already see clear results of our efforts, and each successive stage brings us closer to the moment when you will be able to enjoy your apartments.
We are currently at the stage of constructing the garage hall – we are carrying out the reinforced-concrete elements, the beams and the floor slabs. We are also finishing the bricklaying of the walls.
We have already begun work on the reinforced-concrete walls of the recreation rooms, which in the future will become a place of rest and activity for the residents and guests of the complex. Still this autumn we plan to begin building the ground-floor walls and the first installation works.
With each week, Izera Park is taking on an ever more tangible shape. We are glad to be able to share our progress with you and to watch together as an exceptional place to live and rest takes shape in the heart of the Izera Mountains.
