We are delighted to announce that in Świeradów-Zdrój we have officially begun construction work on the Izera Park development – an exceptional project located at the foot of the Izera Mountains, at ul. Zakopiańska 23A.
In the photographs we have shared, you can see the first stages of the works – the earthworks, the preparation of the site and the technical facilities. It is here that an intimate development will take shape, combining modern architecture with nature and giving residents calm, space and daily contact with the mountain landscape.
Alongside the start of the works, the pre-sale of apartments of up to 70 m² has begun – with views of the Izera Mountains and the spruce forest.
