Winter in Świeradów-Zdrój can be demanding. Low temperatures, frost and snow create harsh working conditions – but for the team delivering Izera Park they are no obstacle. Quite the opposite. Work on the site is progressing on schedule, and with each week the development takes on an ever more distinct form.
Current progress of the works
On the development's grounds, work on the buildings' structure continues. Each successive stage brings us closer to the final shape of Izera Park.
- In building 23A, work is currently under way on the floor slabs above the +3 above-ground storey.
- In building 23B, the erection of the walls of the +3 above-ground storey has begun, which means visible progress in the delivery of the residential part of the development.
- The waterproofing membrane on the structural elements of the underground part of building 23B has been completed, together with the installation of thermal insulation on the underground walls – a key stage ensuring the building's durability and comfort of use in the years to come.
- In the garage hall, the installation of the domestic ventilation ducts has begun, confirming the development's move into the next phase of installation works.
In parallel with the structural works, the garage hall, the service unit, the yoga room and the children's playroom have already been completed earlier. The development is growing in stages – exactly as planned.
A winter that lets you imagine everyday life
Despite the wintry aura, the site is buzzing with life. The snow, light and quiet of the Izera Mountains make it easy already to picture everyday life at Izera Park – mornings with a view of the forest, peaceful walks, regeneration after an active day and the closeness of nature that calms regardless of the season.

The schedule remains unchanged
As planned, the completion of Izera Park is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. This means that as soon as the following summer you will be able to spend your holidays in sunny Świeradów-Zdrój, in a place designed with comfort, nature and regeneration in mind.
