In November 2024, Proxin Development was the winner of the prestigious “Architectus Civitatis Nostrae” competition. During the ceremonial gala, the company received the Mayor of Poznań’s award for its exceptional contribution to shaping the urban space. The distinction was granted for the design and implementation of the residential building at Słowackiego 7. According to the competition jury, the building represents a high-quality architectural project in the city center of Poznań.

In the justification, Piotr Sobczak, director of the Urban Planning and Architecture Department, emphasized:
“The Słowackiego 7 building represents an exemplary case of contemporary, distinctive and dynamic townhouse design. Its original character harmonizes with the historical surroundings. The committee believes that the Słowackiego 7 investment, due to its functional solutions, invested resources, good design, and high-quality execution, has elevated the location’s prestige.”
The “Architectus Civitatis Nostrae” award represents recognition for developers and architects whose projects not only meet the highest architectural standards but also contribute to sustainable urban development. Proxin Development was acknowledged for their innovative approach to urban space design and attention to maintaining harmony with existing solutions.
The competition, organized by Poznań city authorities, aims to promote best practices in architecture and urban planning. This year’s recognition confirms that our efforts and consistency in fulfilling our mission to create resident-friendly spaces, combining modernity with respect for the city’s local character.
